Box Jumps


  1. Position yourself facing the box or bench with feet under hips - this is your start position
  2. Bend at the knees and swing your arms behind your body
  3. Accelerate in an up and forward movement aiming to land with feet flat on the bench or box, knees bent - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position by either jumping or stepping down, repeat desired number of reps
