Power Chest Press


  1. Wrap the band around your upper back and loop the ends into your hands
  2. Come onto the ground with your legs bent, feet flat on the ground, holding your hands towards the ceiling with your elbows out wide upper arms flat on the ground - this is your start position
  3. Press your hands towards the ceiling creating more tension on the band - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
