Power T Pushup


  1. Wrap the band around your upper back and loop the ends into your hands
  2. Come into a plank position with hands under shoulders and legs straight behind you - this is your start position
  3. Begin to lower your body towards the ground by bending your elbows tucking them into your body, stopping when your chest reaches elbow height - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
