Resistance Pull Up


  1. Using the handle attachments loop the band around a high pole or attach to the top of the door
  2. Stand back to create tension on the band with your arms straight in front of you on an upward angle, lean back - this is your start position
  3. Begin to pull your body towards the attached end bending your elbows, stopping when your hands are by your mid chest - this is your end position
  4. Return to start position, repeat desired number of reps
